We live in a divided and broken world. That much is obvious to all Christians. But why are Christians themselves so terribly divided along racial, ethnic, political and other lines? 

This seminar will introduce participants to the surprising ways that even sincere Christians can be hindered by their own perspectives, and  this will be contrasted with what Rivera calls, "Remarkable Christianity" that is not just about personal salvation but transformation and reconciliation across difference and division.

This  "Shalom Seminar" was originally created for Bethel University employees and has been called a "new paradigm" in diversity training.
