  • Ben Northcutt, Senior Pastor

    For the last 15 years, Ben and his family have sought to daily follow Jesus by making disciples who make disciples. A church-planting pastor by trade, Ben loves serving as Senior Pastor. Ben received his Masters in Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary as well as his PhD from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Husband and father of four, Ben and his family love being with people and enjoying all that our community has to offer.  

  • renee nelson, office manager

    Renee has been LifePoint's Office Manager for over 19 years. She and her husband Mark have three daughters and two sons-in-law, and two adorable grandchildren, and live in the Lino Lakes area. When not at work, she enjoys reading, Sudoku puzzles, and time with her family. Her goal for ministry: to support the pastoral staff so things run smoothly.

  • Dan Munson, congregational consultant

    Dan has been connected to LifePoint throughout the years serving in various leadership positions.  His background in pastoral ministries as well as marriage and family therapy sets him up well to serve as a consultant to us in this season. 

  • Steve Copeland, Custodian

    Steve and his wife Ann have been attending LifePoint Church for over 20 years.  He is on staff part-time during the week, working behind the scenes to help keep our building clean, in good repair, and set up for the various events happening in the building.  

  • Jane weigel, Interim Director of Worship and Music

    Jane has been a member of LifePoint church for 50 years.  She has been involved in the music ministry as pianist, children’s choir director, and choir accompanist.  In this season she is serving as interim worship director.  She graduated from Bethel University in 1972 with a degree in math education and from The U of MN in 2000 with a masters in curriculum.  She taught math at Minnehaha Academy, New Life Academy and Roseville Schools.  Jane and her husband Bill have been married 50 years and have two children.

  • Larry Wilson, Adult Choir Director

    Larry has served as music professor at San Diego Christian College for 30 years. In addition to teaching in the classroom and directing concerts and theater productions, he also led student musical teams on short-term mission trips, ministering in 13 different countries. He has also served in several churches throughout his career. Larry and his wife, Kay, have recently moved to Minnesota to be closer to family.

  • PARNELL KINGSLEY, BUSINESS MANAGER

    Parnell is a retired Trust Officer from Wells Fargo, and also a long-time member of LifePoint.  She enjoys traveling with friends, and singing with the Worship team and Adult choir. Parnell has also served on LifePoint's Board of Stewards and the Worship And Music Ministry committee.
